Restaurant Misting Systems at Eureka Burger
Looking down the 111 Highway in Indian Wells, you’ll see a long line of banks, grocery stores, outlet malls. And mist. “People have been telling us that they look down the stretch of 111, searching for misting systems that are on to indicate whether or not a restaurant is open. Especially in the summer.” says Koolfog President Bryan Roe.
As water droplets grace the side of the newly renovated Eureka Burger building on the corner of Cook and HWY 11, the promise of relief and sustenance calls to the drivers passing by. Koolfog’s most recent high-pressure misting system restaurant installation has already commanded attention since their soft opening August 8. Specializing in craft beers and whiskeys as well as offering a large menu of exquisite burgers, delectable salads and a foodie’s dream of duck braised bratwurst, Eureka Burger offers the Coachella Valley residents a cool and comfortable patio almost completely enclosed and perfectly misted. The Koolfog crew came to the soft opening on Friday, August 9 to try out the new attraction.
Whispers of “complaints” circled the patio, “It’s a little chilly in here, can we turn the air down a little bit?” We laughed as we checked the temperature, estimating an ambient temperature over 100 degrees outside during lunch. The performance of the misting system is complemented by well-placed fans in the patio area, which eclipses the size of Eureka Burger’s indoor accommodations and provides ample seating for those that enjoy a relaxing outdoor dining experience.
